This tool is required to refill HP 10, 11, 12, 13, 38, 82, 84, 85, 88, 88XL, 940 and 940XL original cartridges. It is not required if you use our refillable cartridges.

This tool is designed to remove the rubber seal of the original cartridges named below.

This tool is only for those who want to refill their original cartridges, which is not recommended. It is recommended that you instead use our refillable cartridges that have auto-resetting chips allowing your printer to indicate the ink levels. In addition, our refillable cartridges are much easier to refill with their plugs and their design without ink bag.
