The toner is specifically made for the BROTHER TN-310 and TN-315 cartridges.

NOTE: Starter cartridges supplied with new Brother printers are not refillable without installing a reset gear. If you want to refill the original cartridge from the printer when it was purchased, you should also purchase a reset gear for BROTHER TN-315 for each cartridge.
