This chip will reset the ink level of the IBM 39V1637, 39V1638, 39V1639, 39V1640, 39V1641, 39V1642, 39V1643 and 39V1644 cartridges.
When you refill an IBM 39V1637, 39V1638, 39V1639, 39V1640, 39V1641, 39V1642, 39V1643 or 39V1644 cartridge, you must replace the chip. This chip is already included with our refill kits.
