The toner is specifically made for the SAMSUNG 116 and 118 cartridges.

NOTE: The refilling procedure requires making a few holes in the cartridge. An electric drill is not recommended; it is much easier and highly recommended that you use our specialized toner holemaking tool.

SAMSUNG 116 and 118 cartridges have a chip that indicates the toner level. A replacement chip is not included in this kit because the printer will work even if the chip is unchanged. However, low toner indicator light will stay on.
