Use this chip resetter to complete the refilling of your CANON CLI-42 original cartridges.
CANON CLI-42 original cartridges have "smart" microchips indicating the ink level. This device resets these chips to let you know the ink level of your refilled cartridges.
This chip resetter can reset the stored ink level back to 100% on CANON CLI-42 original cartridges but also on our refillable cartridges for CLI-42.
